Honorees include Judge Jessica Brewbaker\, recognized for her leadership within the judicial system and her commitment to rehabilitation-focused courts\; Commissioner Jean Foschi\, whose extensive public service work continues to shape county initiatives and regional collaboration\; Whitney Baker\, an educator whose impact on students and youth extends far beyond the classroom\; Sandy Musser\, whose decades of leadership at YWCA Carlisle helped expand programs and strengthen support for women\, children\, and families\; and Trooper Kelly Smith\, whose work in community engagement continues to foster trust\, mentorship\, and meaningful connection across the region.\n\nThe evening will feature a keynote address from Ashley N.
