Employers and claimants do not always understand the UC appeals process. This presentation discusses the appeal process and how to prepare for a hearing by explaining the rights each party has under due process and how the rules of evidence apply. Examples are given and a mock UC hearing is conducted to illustrate the information in an easy to understand setting.
