Memorials of WWII Tour With the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce
The Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a trip for 34 travelers on Collette’s Memorials of World War II tour March 13 – 22, 2019.  Help commemorate the 75th Anniversary of D-Day on an iconic journey dedicated to remembering a major milestone in history - World War II.  The tour begins in London with a walking tour that includes the Churchill War Rooms.  Next, on to Paris via the Eurostar train and then to the Normandy region.  The trip ends with a dinner inside the Eiffel Tower.  Prices include transportation from Carlisle to the Philadelphia airport, roundtrip air, lodging, sightseeing and many meals.
 
The cost for a double room is $4649 (non-member rate), $4549 (member rate), $4549 (veteran with DD214).  Single and triple rates are available. Register by October 31 and receive a $350 discount.  After October 31 space and pricing are subject to availability.
 
Optional expenses include insurance ($315) and excursions to the Louvre, Windsor Castel and a cabaret dinner in Paris. 
 
We have scheduled an informational meeting for Monday, September 24, 2018.  Doors open at 11:30 AM and the meeting begins at Noon.  A light lunch will be provided.  The meeting will be held at the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce, 212 N.
