Molly facilitates a variety of in-person and virtual training programs for associates across the organization which offer skills and techniques to assist in elevating their performance. She also is involved in the design and development of training initiatives. Molly's main strengths are consultative sales and coaching training. Additionally\, she conducts performance consulting for Retail associates and provides leaders feedback.  Prior to joining Members 1st\, Molly worked for Bank America for 15 years. During those years\, she was a Branch Manager\, a Trainer\, a Training Manager and a Project Manager for Training.\n\n\n\nEPIC\, short for Emerging Professionals in the County\, provides opportunities to develop connections with the Carlisle Chamber\, including Leadership Cumberland and other emerging talented professionals in our county.
