Additionally\, she conducts performance consulting for Retail associates and provides leaders feedback. Prior to joining Members 1st\, Molly worked for Bank America for 15 years. During those years\, she was a Branch Manager\, a Trainer\, a Training Manager and a Project Manager for Training.\n\n\n\nEPIC\, short for Emerging Professionals in the County\, provides opportunities to develop connections with the Carlisle Chamber\, including Leadership Cumberland and other emerging talented professionals in our county.
