DESCRIPTION:Join us for our upcoming Leaders at Lunch program where we will be honoring Danielle M. Conway\, Dean and Donald J. Farage Professor of Law at Penn State Dickinson Law for her work in creating Dickinson Law's Antiracist Development Institute. It was created to facilitate the dismantling of structures that scaffold systemic racial inequality by implementing antiracist practices\, processes\, and policies throughout organizations.\n\nIn addition to her DEI work in creating the Institute\, Dean Conway was instrumental in guiding Penn State Dickinson Law's development of a civil rights\, equal protection\, and social justice certificate program\; developing a required first-year course on "Race and the Equal Protection of the Laws"\; and establishing the Law Deans Antiracist Clearinghouse Project.
