You must provide 450 items. \n\n\n\n* This advertising opportunity is FREE and ONLY for Chamber members! This is a cost-effective way for you to introduce your business to the newest members of our neighborhood.\n\n* Welcome Bag inserts need to be dropped off no later than 6/26/26 at 4:00 PM but can be dropped off any weekday before then between 9 and 4:00 PM.\n\n* Items that will not be accepted: water bottles\, perishable foods\, items heavier than 2 lbs.\n\n* Best Items to donate: Flyers\, trinkets (bottle opener\, letter opener\, koozie\, pens\, notepad\, keychains)\, coupons (must not expire before 12/2026 as some guests from War College do not arrive until mid-August\, expiration date of June 2027 is best)\, loyalty or discount cards.\n\n* Each business may bring ONE Flyer/Coupon and ONE giveaway.\n\n\n\n\n\nTo be included\, YOU MUST RSVP!!!
