INSPIRING COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS: Advance Care Planning

inspire community conversations about advance care planning. Dinner will be provided and guests will be given the choice to attend a screening of Consider the Conversation or to play Hello, a surprising fun game about living and dying well.
