Calling all HR Professionals!  Join us this month as we hear from HR specialist, Brian Gabel, as he shares about how to deal with difficult employees. We will discuss employees with negative attitudes and poor performance, factors causing this, and how to handle the employee including disciplinary action and when it is time to say goodbye. Mr. Gabel is the CEO and Senior Consultant for 10-8 Solutions and has over 17 years experience in business management and leadership.
