Job Description
• Responds to e-mails and customer requests in a timely and informative manner.
• Maintains data base systems within field of responsibility.
• Work directly with the packages and products stored within the distribution center.
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly meetings.
• Prepare required reporting for both internal and external customers.
• Track department hourly productivity (where applicable).
• Assist in moving product in area to maintain flow.
• Communicating with warehouse teams on daily basis.
• Utilize hand-held scanning equipment to ensure accurate receipts.
• Maintain a safe and well-kept working environment.
Job Requirements
• Detail oriented and accurate with data interexchange (both verbal and written).
• Able to communicate on different levels.
• Computer systems literacy (including, but not limited to excellent knowledge of MS Office package).
• SAP knowledge and experience is preferred.
• Ability to work within warehouse environment.
• Proactive “hands on” approach.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
