Job Description
• Monitor and control inventory integrity.
• Maintain product identification and location program.
• Research inventory discrepancies and reconcile them.
• Complete physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
• Track and report non-conforming product.
• Duties also include miscellaneous stores/stockroom activities to maintain inventory accuracy through proper processing of material receipts, transfers, and issues.
• Track and report serial number miss-matches.
• Track and report non-conforming product.
• Maintain OS & D Area.
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
• Works effectively with other departments.
• Assist in special Inventory projects.
• Other warehouse requirements.
• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed
• Maintain a safe and well-kept working environment.
Job Requirements
• Recent cycle counting/inventory experience within a warehouse.
• Certified to operate a forklift/reach truck.
• Computer literate, MS Office a plus.
• Detail oriented with good aptitude for math.
• Experience with any RF system.
• Must be accurate, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and pass the forklift certification test.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond to time-critical issues.
• Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed.
