Job Description
• Ensure all orders are dropped into production in a timely manner.
• On hold order monitoring and resolution (deviation set up and action, inbound receipt prioritization, missing stock monitoring).
• Picking/Processing waves alignment and releasing.
• Progress monitoring and chasing (replenishment – picking – processing – outbound).
• Reporting (Both internal and external).
• Troubleshooting – liaison with IT (system) and Inventory (stock issues).
• Maintaining WMS data and processing.
• Assigning priorities and building production plan.
• Work instructions creation.
• Participating in new hires onboarding as an expert.
• Ensure all order on hold, are actioned where possible (deviation played, inbound receipt prioritized, inventory issue resolved etc.).
• Monitor all production to ensure any issues are highlighted and actioned to ensure handover is maximized.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
• Maintain a safe and well-kept working environment.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication, able to communicate effectively with all levels of the operation.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel) SAP – desired.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize work load to ensure handovers are met.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
