Job Description
• Understand and follow the syncreon quality policies and procedures as per quality management system and how these are linked to the applicable quality standards.
• Control & monitor quality issues raising problems with team-leaders & management as required.
• Ensure that all internal quality functions comply with customer quality standards at all times.
• Complete pack audits as per requirements.
• Identify quality improvements and assist with their implementation to find long term solutions.
• Assist in containment activities and Audit containment actions.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.
• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
• Maintain a safe and well-kept working environment.
Job Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years working in a warehouse.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs. and work for prolonged periods while standing, sitting, walking, and bending.
