Parking lot behind the building (FREE after 5 pm on weekdays, and all day Sat. and Sun). FREE street parking after 4 pm weekdays and all day Sat. & Sun.
About Us
Yoga studio and mindful living boutique located in the heart of Downtown Carlisle, right by the Court House.
Our mission is to bring yoga to everybody and every body, respecting individuality of each practitioner, we strive to create a safe space for everyone to practice yoga.
Studio offers weekly Aerial and Mat Yoga Classes, and our retail boutique is open every Wed (12-5) and Sat (11-4).
