Business office: Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 24/7 nursing services.
Driving Directions:
Interstate 81 to the Progress Avenue exit. Head north on Progress Ave. Turn right onto Vartan Way. The office is on the corner of N. Progress Avenue and Vartan Way.
About Us
Homeland at Home is a community outreach of Homeland Center, a five-star skilled nursing and personal care facility, located in Harrisburg. Serving 14 counties in Central PA, Homeland at Home brings Homeland’s quality care and support to patients in the comfort of their own home. Services include compassionate end-of-life care provided by Homeland Hospice; daily non-medical assistance delivered by Homeland HomeCare; and at-home physician-ordered medical treatment provided Homeland HomeHealth.
