Anne Carnathan will present on how to manage conflict in the workplace. Anne has experienced a 30+ commission-only sales career, primarily in media and advertising. After 25 years of an exceptional track record managing sales teams, Anne joined Universal Media/Analytics, Inc in early 2011. She has amassed a significant body of work creating sales strategies, and acquiring/developing client relationships. She currently acts as COO for UMI and works with local, regional and national partners, in addition to guiding the company into the data-centric information age. Anne resides in West Hanover Township with her husband, son and two dogs.
