We are reaching out in search of community volunteers to assist us in conducting mock interviews with our freshmen and sophomore careers classes at Boiling Springs High School.
Volunteers we will be provided detailed instructions, possible interview questions (though you may create your own if you wish), and a rubric to be used to evaluate each student. Each interview typically lasts 5-7 minutes, and each interviewer would have no more than five students to interview. After the interviews are conducted, each employer is given the opportunity to provide information about his/her company, along with constructive feedback to the class, if desired. If you haven’t previously participated in this process and would like more detailed information prior to committing, please reach out.
We are looking for volunteers for four different timeslots on Thursday, May 29 and Friday, May 30:
