Brown Plus Receives Inaugural 2025 America’s Best Workplaces Award

Leading regional accounting and advisory firm, Brown Plus, is thrilled to have been named a recipient of the inaugural 2025 America’s Best Workplaces Award in the medium company category by Best Companies Group and BridgeTower Media.
 
America’s Best Workplaces Awards identify and honor the best places of employment across the United States. Winners of the America’s Best Workplaces Award were previously recognized by Best Companies Group in at least one other data-driven employer recognition program. The award is a celebration of excellence in company culture that honors numerous employers and ranks the top 10 workplaces in small, medium and large business categories. The final rankings of the top 10 best workplaces will be announced at a virtual celebration on December 18, 2024.

Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data to determine the final rankings. The rankings were determined based upon Best Companies Group’s algorithm, which factored in data from each nominated company's workplace policies, practices and demographics, as well as data from an employee survey that measured employee experience. The overall scores determined which workplaces were recognized and which were ranked in the top of their category.
