Self Defense: A Women's Workshop
Every 29 seconds an assault happens in the U.S . and over 31 million crimes are reported annually. Let's face it. In this day and age we should all be better aware of how to feel empowered in a dangerous situation. In this work shop you will learn how to:
· practice self-defense techniques
· be aware of your surroundings
· use short quick maneuvers to get out of a situation.
