New Board of Director Annual Commitment Form Each year our Board of Directors is asked to fill out the commitment form to support the mission of the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce Director Name First Name Last Name In support of our mission, I commit to the following activities during the current year: Attend at least 75% of Regular Board Meetings (8 of 11) Notify the Board Chair/Chamber President if I cannot attend a board meeting. Participate and provide my perspective to all BOD discussions. Actively serve on at least one standing committee (you may make your selection below) Make 2 personal financial contributions: 1) $50 toward a board supported Annual Meeting Sponsorship; 2) Contribution to baord baskets for Holiday Mixer Raffle/Auction. Attend at least one Chamber event and Member Mixer throughout the year. Work actively to enhance Chamber's public image. Recommend at least one qualified candidate for any of the following: Chamber Membership, Chamber Volunteer Committee, Chamber Sponsorship Agree to keep all documents and matters discussed at board meetings confidential.
