Mountz Jewelers is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing & Event Coordinator to join our growing team. What You'll Do
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that drive customer engagement and sales.
· Manage and maintain the Mountz Jewelers website, including product updates, promotional content, and e-commerce initiatives.
· Support social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking across digital platforms.
· Coordinate in-store and community events, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional efforts.
· Analyze marketing and event performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 2–5 years of marketing, digital marketing, or related experience
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
· Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
· Event planning and coordination experience
· Experience in retail, luxury retail, or customer-focused environments
