Home Imagined is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Design Selection Specialist to join our showroom team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, has an eye for design, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Full-time (35–40 hours/week)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- In-showroom position
Qualifications
- Flooring or selection experience preferred
- Familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and contractors and create a welcoming showroom experience
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Assist customers with product selections for sales and installation projects
- Support designers with selections for design projects
- Maintain showroom organization, displays, and sample inventory
- Prepare quotes and invoices, including product details and pricing
- Communicate with vendors and stay updated on new products
- Assist with daily operations and collaborate across departments
