As Senior Consultant, Steve’s responsibilities include supporting client needs through strategy, organizational development, training and coaching solutions and services.

Steve is also a senior lecturer in the International Business & Management department at Dickinson College. Prior to teaching, Steve served as the associate vice president of human resources at Dickinson.

Steve received his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is a certified professional coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and has more than 600 hours of experience coaching leaders across all industries.
