Mark Jiles is the Executive Director of Hart to Heart Social Development Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing homelessness, housing instability, reentry challenges, and crisis situations. Drawing from his own lived experiences with hardship and adversity, Mark brings compassion, resilience, and first hand understanding to his work serving vulnerable populations. Driven by a passion for community development and meaningful change, he is developing sustainable housing initiatives, outreach programs, and social enterprise opportunities that promote dignity, stability, and self-sufficiency. Mark actively collaborates with local businesses, churches, civic leaders, and community organizations to build partnerships that strengthen the Carlisle region and create lasting positive impact.
