Full-Time | $70,000 Base Salary + Commission

- Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, case managers, senior communities, and community organizations
- Generate new client leads and grow market share
- Represent the company at networking events, health fairs, and community meetings
- Educate referral sources and families about our home care services
- Track marketing activity and maintain referral database
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
- Previous healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or related sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet goals
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of local healthcare community is a plus
