Greater Harrisburg Housing Market Gains Momentum in June
HARRISBURG, PA – July 15, 2026 – The housing market across Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry counties strengthened in June 2026, with closed sales and home prices both climbing region-wide even as new pending sales cooled slightly from May's pace. Active inventory continued to build across the region, offering buyers more choices heading into the second half of summer, while days on market lengthened modestly compared to a year ago. Across the GHAR coverage area, closed sales totaled 678 in June 2026, up 8.7%
