Partnership for Better Health Announces Funding to Address Social Isolation and Loneliness
A community cohort working with the Partnership for Better Health has created its first grantmaking opportunity, centered on addressing loneliness and social isolation. A total of $100,000 is available to nonprofits and small local organizations for grants up to $10,000 each. All projects must be located within the Partnership's service area of Perry County, Central and Western Cumberland County, Northern Adams County, and the greater Shippensburg area.
