Jessica A. Warren, MBA, CHMM is the Environmental Health & Safety Training Manager at Pennoni, where she leads workforce development and training. With more than three decades of experience in education, workforce development, environmental consulting, and community engagement, she specializes in building programs that connect workforce needs with industry demands and create pathways into technical careers. She has recently presented topics across Pennsylvania including Safety Starts with Trust How Psychological Safety Transforms Physical Safety and Putting It Together: Building Shared Ownership at Work. Jessica is passionate about helping communities transform challenges into opportunities through education, sustainable redevelopment, and mentorship.
