Intro to Reiki

This two-day Reiki informational program will offer a comprehensive overview of Reiki, covering its principles, history, and applications. Participants will learn about the origins of Reiki, its core principles, and how it functions to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The program includes an exploration of the advanced concepts such as distance healing, the connection between Reiki and the chakras, and techniques for Reiki meditation and visualization will be discussed. Practical applications, ethical guidelines, and scientific perspectives on Reiki will also be covered, along with insights on how Reiki complements other healing modalities. The program will also offer resources for further learning, and guidance on becoming a Reiki practitioner.

Julia Rillo is a Carlisle native who currently resides in the area with her family. She is an Usui Reiki Master, Shamanic Reiki Master, Certified Crystal Healer, and a QHHT Level 2 Intern. Julia is also the owner of Moth to Flame Candles, where she channels Reiki energy into each candle she creates. Julia currently practices Reiki at Carlisle Creative Vibes in downtown Carlisle every 2nd Saturday of the month.
