Just Brew It!: Homwbrewing with Molly Pitcher Brewing Co.

Learn the basics of homebrewing your own beer from Timothy Fourlas, brewmaster of Molly Pitcher Brewing Co.! In this three-part program, Tim will help walk you through the equipment needed to get started, how the homebrewing process works, styles of beer you can brew and more! The first session will be held at Bosler Library. The second session will be held at the Molly Pitcher Taproom at 139 West High Street in Carlisle and will include a beer tasting. The third session will be held at the Molly Pitcher Brewing facility at 10 East South Street in Carlisle. Attendees of this program MUST be 21 years of age or older. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Tim Fourlas, owner and brewer of Molly Pitcher Brewing Company, began homebrewing a few years before taking the leap into production brewing due to his love for beer and his desire to create styles that he wanted to drink. When he isn’t brewing, or enjoying a pint of Carlisle Light’s Lager, you can catch Tim goofing around with his two daughters or checking out other local breweries with his wife Shannon and, if you ask him, he’ll be sure to tell you that “Molly Pitcher may not be the best, but we’re better than most!”
