Lead Like a Pro - Interactive Workshop

Lead like a pro and achieve your goals with our virtual, interactive workshop this January!
 

Dr. Matthew Raidbard will walk you through the presentation, “Lead Like A Pro,” and provide a worksheet for attendees to complete. During the fall, participants will complete the worksheet and learn about their leadership style, values, and goal; in the spring, they will assess the worksheet and their progress.
 

He has spent the past 15 years as a men's college basketball coach and senior level college athletics administrator. While pursuing his Doctorate in Educational Leadership, he conducted research on athletic coach leadership practice that led him to determine that coaches were not being provided the tools and resources required to take on the outsized leadership role they were asked to take on for their athletes and team.
