PA's Shared Work Program Webinar

With inclement weather approaching and the risk of COVID increasing, some may be considering laying off staff.  When layoffs occur and unemployment compensation claims are filed, the employee may look for work.  Then when it is time to recall these employees, they are not available because the employees are working elsewhere.  The solution is PA Shared-Work program.  The Shared-Work program allows the employer to reduce the hours of a group of employees and pay partial unemployment benefits to them while they work a reduce work schedule.
