Come and learn from a US Army War College officer how foreign policy is implemented through US security assistance and human rights obligations. This lecture will cover many areas where US security policy applies globally. Presented by Colonel Yolanda Schillinger.
COL Schillinger, US Army Judge Advocate, recently completed an assignment as the first US legal advisor for Multi-National Corps Northeast, a 3-star NATO Force Structure Headquarters, located in Szczecin, Poland, responsible for command and control of NATO operations across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Northeastern Poland. She is currently a student at the United States Army War College in Carlisle.
COL Schillinger is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College, holds a Masters of Law from The Judge Advocate’s Legal Center and School, a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University. She is barred in the State of New York and admitted to the US Supreme Court and the US Army Court of Criminal Appeals.
