As your Cumberland County Treasurer, I am pleased to invite you and your organization to a Small Games of Chance Educational Seminar on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 9AM – 10:30AM. 
 
The work that non-profits do is truly the heartbeat of our community. This seminar was created with you in mind. We want to make all aspects of fundraising through SGOC as straightforward, transparent, and accessible as possible.  And just as importantly, we want to assure every resident who donates or participates that their support is going directly to good causes with full confidence in the integrity and compliance behind it.
