Kristy is a Training and Development Leader currently directing the professional development function at RETTEW. With over a decade of experience spanning consulting, EdTech, and corporate learning, she specializes in building programs that elevate leaders, energize teams, and align talent development with business strategy. Throughout her career, Kristy has managed large-scale learning portfolios, led cross-functional instructional teams, and delivered high-impact executive curricula across Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and startups—all grounded in the belief that when people grow, organizations thrive.
