About the Role
Allenberry is in the midst of an exciting transformation. We're restoring one of Pennsylvania's most iconic resorts while creating a destination centered on wellness, learning, creativity, outdoor recreation, and meaningful human connection. From executive retreats and leadership programs to wellness weekends, weddings, family celebrations, and corporate gatherings, our goal is simple: create experiences that leave people better than they arrived.
This is far more than an administrative position. You will become the operational engine behind our sales team, ensuring every inquiry receives exceptional attention and every event moves smoothly from initial conversation through execution.
You'll work closely with our Director of Group Sales and collaborate with leaders across lodging, food & beverage, spa, activities, and guest services to deliver extraordinary experiences. If you enjoy organization, communication, problem solving, and helping people succeed, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries and assist prospective guests throughout the sales process.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain our CRM and ensure every opportunity is accurately tracked.
- Coordinate site visits and property tours.
- Assist in planning retreats, weddings, meetings, and special events.
- Schedule planning meetings and communicate details between departments.
- Help manage room blocks, banquet event orders, timelines, and guest information.
- Track sales activity, reports, and performance metrics.
- Support marketing initiatives and follow-up campaigns.
- Ensure every client receives thoughtful, responsive, and professional service.
Who You Are
You love bringing order to complexity. You're energized by helping others succeed and take pride in making sure nothing gets overlooked. You communicate with warmth, professionalism, and confidence while remaining calm under pressure.
Required
- A love of organization and details.
- Enjoyment of building relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to manage multiple projects without losing focus.
- A proactive rather than reactive mindset.
- Satisfaction in helping a team achieve ambitious goals.
- A belief that hospitality is about serving people with excellence.
Preferred
- Experience in hospitality, sales support, event planning, or customer service — though we value curiosity, initiative, and a positive attitude just as highly.
