Community Invited to Army and America Birthday Dinner June 13

Tickets on Sale Now for the Annual Army Birthday Dinner on June 13 at the Penn Harris in Camp Hill, PA   
 
(CARLISLE, PA) – The community is invited to celebrate America 250 and the Army’s 251st birthday on Sat., June 13 at the Penn Harris Hotel in Camp Hill, at a dinner celebration sponsored by the Army Heritage Center Foundation.
 
Army traditions will be on full display, an elegant dinner will be served, and Gen. Paul Nakasone (Army, Ret.) will discuss the rich history of the Army and the nation spanning 250 years, from the Continental soldiers of the 1770’s to today’s cyberspace.
 
Nakasone is the highly decorated former Commander of the U.S. Cyber Command, Director of the National Security Agency, and Chief of the Central Security Service.
 
“In an increasingly complex world, we see in Gen. Nakasone the living legacy of 251 years of soldier service protecting 250 years of American freedom,” AHCF President Julie Germany said.
