For nearly 25 years, Hockenberry Management Consulting has been synonymous with business and leadership growth, offering services like strategic planning, management consulting, training and development, and coaching. We have had the privilege of helping many clients improve performance and experience growth by developing and implementing customized plans to achieve their unique goals.

Over the past decade, we have noticed an increased need for effective leadership and executive coaching. Business partner Heather Hockenberry holds a master’s degree in Executive Coaching and Consulting, along with professional certification by the International Coaching Federation. Coupled with Heather’s 10+ years of valuable experience, these credentials position us to better meet the growing need for coaching among our clients and offer this service to even more leaders and teams.

Our new name, Hockenberry Coaching & Consulting, honors our deep history of excellence in management consulting while bringing premium executive coaching to the forefront.

Though our name has changed slightly, Jeff and Heather remain committed to the same high standards for delivering professional, customized services that meet the real needs of our clients.
