Sarva Launches Local Marketplace to Support Carlisle-Area Community Businesses

CARLISLE, Pa. — October 1, 2026 — Sarva LLC today announced the local launch of Sarva Bazaar, a platform designed to make it easier for people in the Carlisle and Dickinson College communities to discover and shop from independent local businesses.

Sarva is beginning with community-run grocery stores, markets, restaurants, and food businesses that are often difficult to discover or shop from online. Through Sarva Bazaar, customers can browse participating local businesses, explore their products and place orders while supporting stores in their own community.

A central part of Sarva’s approach is keeping local shopping affordable. Sarva does not add price markups to store products, allowing participating businesses to maintain their own pricing while customers gain a simpler way to discover what is available locally.

The launch also gives greater visibility to businesses that have traditionally relied heavily on word-of-mouth and community relationships. Many of the stores Sarva works with are independently or family operated and serve Carlisle’s growing and diverse community.
