Six courses and six pairings from Executive Chef Zach Ottens, built on the flavors of fall — most of the meat and produce from Lancaster Farm Fresh Co-op, trout from a hatchery in Central Pennsylvania. Charlie Burt, Head Cider Maker at ANXO, pours a wine or cider alongside each course and talks through why it belongs there. $130 per person. Seating is limited.
